Worldwide Shipping

Stay Ephemeral is proud to offer worldwide shipping. We can send a package anywhere that has an address!  

Processing

Processing for orders takes 1-4 business days. If you notice any issues with your receipt, please let us know right away so that we may update the order during processing time so we can make changes before it is shipped. Processing time may be longer due to stock or national holidays.

Order Production

All products from Stay Ephemeral are made to order. Order production varies depending on the factory creating the product and due to the volume of orders and time can range from 1-7 days. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please let us know of any changes that need to be made to your order as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to recall the packages. Refunds for orders made with an incorrect address can only be made once the package has been returned to sender by the shipping company.

Multiple Arrivals

We contract with several different factories to make our products. We keep our costs down by shipping directly from factory to customer. This may result in your order arriving one kind of product at a time, for example all shirts arriving together, but sweater or hoodie arriving on another day. If only part of your order arrives, it is due to the shipments coming from different factories and the rest of your order will arrive soon after. You will not be charged additional fees for orders shipped from multiple places. 

Shipping Location

Although our artists range from around the world, our products are made and shipped from the USA, with the exception of backpacks which ship from China. 

Shipping Estimates

Keep in mind that due to processing time and the time to make the product, the day you placed the order will not be the same as the shipment date. In order to calculate how long it has been, add at least ten days for processing/creation time before calculating the amount of days it has been.

Due to customs in Canada, orders may take up to three months for our packages from Asia.

Accessories may take longer to ship.

Please note that order times are only an estimation. Due to the location of the factory which sends the product and the border control for incoming packages in your country, shipping times may be longer. Shipping may also be delayed due to national holidays or weather issues. 

Missing Orders 

For orders that do not arrive within 30 business days, send us a message with your order number and we will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. Due to delays with customs and shipping companies being out of our control, we will not investigate any order that hasn't been missing for more than 30 days.

Certain countries may take a long time for packages to go through customs or for delivery. If, in our experience, the country is one that takes a while then we may ask you to wait some additional time to see if it turns up.

Order Tracking 

Order tracking is only available for orders shipped to the USA and is available upon request.  

Refund Policy

We offer reshippment in the event of a mistake on our end. We will reship your purchase within 30 days of package arrival under the following conditions:

1. Wrong product received

2. Item damaged on arrival 

3. Item has not arrived after more than 30 business days after shipment and shipping company confirms package has been lost. 

If your item was damaged/the wrong product please contact us with photos of the product and your order number. 

If your package has not arrived within 30 days please notify us as soon as possible.

If we issue a refund, it can be expected within one week of us confirming the issue and agreeing to refund and will be made directly to the paypal or credit card from which the order came.

Exchanges

Stay Ephemeral does not hold stock, we ship directly from factory to customer in order to keep costs for customers low. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes/colors. 

We do not accept responsibility for issues regarding ordering the wrong size. Sizing information is available on each item, or in our sizing charts. If the sizing information for a product is missing, please send us an email through our contact form in order to let us know.
